Job Summary

A mental and behavioral healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mental Health Credentialing Supervisor.

Must be able to:

• Adhere to operating policies and procedures including delivery of completed work and use of resources
• Track responses and follows-up on items not received within established cycle periods
• Prepare cases for internal and external audits including NCQA, URAC, client, and compliance team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree or
• Equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Ability to adept at learning and using computer systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
