Job Summary

A mental and behavioral healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mental Health Credentialing Supervisor.

Must be able to:

Adhere to operating policies and procedures including delivery of completed work and use of resources
Track responses and follows-up on items not received within established cycle periods
Prepare cases for internal and external audits including NCQA, URAC, client, and compliance team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Bachelor’s degree or
Equivalent work experience
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Ability to adept at learning and using computer systems
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
