Job Summary

A gestational surrogacy and egg donation agency has an open position for a Telecommute Mental Health Support Professional.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with the mental health team to develop new support strategies for surrogates and intended parents
• Collaborating inter-departmentally to create and refine impactful client-facing and operational protocols
• Facilitating monthly support groups for gestational carriers

Required Skills:

• A master's degree, plus licensure in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Ability to see clients on evenings and weekends, as needed to meet the needs of our clients
• Attention to detail and organized approach to tasks and record-keeping
• Effective written and verbal communication style, with clear, grammatically correct language
