Job Summary

A company that has developed an advanced universal earplug designed for nightlife is in need of a Telecommute Merchant Support Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Deliver best-in-class service and support to our community of merchants via email and chat
  • Interact with merchants to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our product
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, identify software issues with empathy and a positive attitude

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years experience in customer/merchant support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong work ethic, empathetic, a self-starter, and a team player
