Job Summary
A company that has developed an advanced universal earplug designed for nightlife is in need of a Telecommute Merchant Support Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Deliver best-in-class service and support to our community of merchants via email and chat
- Interact with merchants to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our product
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, identify software issues with empathy and a positive attitude
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years experience in customer/merchant support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong work ethic, empathetic, a self-starter, and a team player
