Job Summary
A multinational financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mergers and Acquisitions Information Security Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the full life cycle of day-to-day security integration activities
- Standardizing and improving existing due diligence and security integration methods
- Performing acquisition risk assessments that include discovery and consideration of data types
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years of relevant security technology experience
- 3+ year’s experience supporting M&A activities in a Business or IT role
- Strong project management and people management skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary set of stakeholders
- Familiar with frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001/2, NIST Cybersecurity
