Job Summary
Insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Metrics and Reporting Analyst III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing operational/performance metrics appropriate to the various business functions
- Developing new metrics to measure performance against assumptions of business plans
- Assisting business areas in linking operating budget to business plan and adjusting expense estimates
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4 - 6 years experience with budgeting, financial analysis and performance measurement reporting required and/or advanced degree
- Ability to work with management teams to translate high-level business plans into action steps and reporting solutions
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to prioritize work under the pressure of deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work/communicate with all levels of management
- Proficient in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word
