A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute MFLC Logistics Coordinator in Maryland Heights.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Educating callers on available technical and instructional resources
• Providing first call resolution for challenges or problems
• Tracking status of calls, emails, and inquiries in appropriate systems
