Job Summary
A mortgage company has a current position open for a Telecommute Mid Level Mortgage Loan Processor in San Diego.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the accurate input of information into the LOS
- Ensuring necessary verifications of income, employment and assets are obtained as/when needed
- Serving as liaison and point of contact to guide borrower through the closing process
Position Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a loan processor
- Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems and in the mortgage industry
- Must have experience processing California loans
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage banking
