A customer care software development company is in need of a Telecommute Mid Market Software Development Account Executive.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing prospects from lead to close
- Cultivating lasting relationships with customers
- Engaging and educating senior executives on the importance of Quality/CX insights
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of relevant SaaS sales experience
- Experience closing 5-6 figure deals
- Experience navigating through a complex sales cycle
- Experience leading technical presentation/demo and owning full customer lifecycle from prospect to close
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create your own sales pipeline through past SDR outbound experience
