Job Summary

An online education company has a current position open for a Telecommute Middle and High School Transition Coach.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Implementing and delivering transition services for special education students
• Responding to questions from administrators, teachers, parents and outside agencies
• Assisting the Transition Coordinator in the development of transition procedures

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field and 3 years classroom experience or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Able to pass background check requirements
