Job Summary
An educational provider is in need of a Telecommute Middle School General Ed Teacher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Demonstrating knowledge of how state standards align with the entire K12 curriculum for assigned grade levels
- Augmenting course content using appropriate asynchronous and synchronous tools
- Providing individualized instruction to help each student master K12 curricular objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travels to and participates in staff meetings
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of experience teaching the proposed age group
- Meet requirements for Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT) in subject area under No Child Left Behind (NCLB)
- Strong interpersonal skills emphasizing tact, promptness, patience and courtesy
- All other requirements necessary for this position
