Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is in need of a Telecommute Midwest Region Program Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing a portfolio of our client's local urban offices throughout the Midwest
- Championing impact investment strategies that use our client's financial resources to catalyze a pipeline of real estate projects and catalytic programs
- Advocating on behalf of our client at local, state and federal levels to secure tools necessary to advance a comprehensive community development strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, finance, real estate or related fields
- Ten years senior level experience in community development, underwriting finance or related field
- Demonstrated commitment to our client's mission and understanding of community development policies and programs, especially housing and economic development
- Demonstrated ability to attract and sustain philanthropic funding
- Deep knowledge of real estate related resource and capital development strategies utilized in real estate and community revitalization efforts
- Entrepreneurial orientation; ability to seek out creative approaches to community issues
