Job Summary

A private university is seeking a Telecommute Mobile Application Development Adjunct Faculty Member.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Consuming JSON Web Services Using XMLHTTPRequests
  • Mentoring students and facilitate teaching and learning
  • Creating Transitions and animations in CSS3 then Triggering them with JavaScript Touch Events

Qualifications Include:

  • Applicants with experience in small group management (such as having been a development manager or team lead on a development team) are preferred
  • In-depth knowledge and use of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript in a mobile environment is required
  • While online and/or classroom teaching experience is helpful, it is not necessary
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Information Technology or a related field
