Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Mobile Network Integration Program Technical Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and implementing an inclusive standards process
- Managing the standards creation process to timely deliverables
- Overseeing selection and distribution of grants in support of standards implementation in target countries
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel for in-person working sessions
- 5+ experience in emerging markets
- 5+ years software development experience
- 2-3 years managing software and/or technology vendors
- Experience with agile software development methodologies, open-source technology and communities, and user-centered design methodologies
