A mobile ticketing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Mobile Ticketing Customer Experience Senior Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with senior Product and Engineering resources
  • Overseeing critical CX operations
  • Managing up and out to key internal stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • At least 6 years of experience managing CX teams
  • 12 years of operational experience
  • Experience setting and exceeding goals and scoring high on key CX metrics
  • Been accountable for a departmental budget of $1M (or more) per month
