Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommute Mobilization Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting mobilization for all disaster operations and other events
  • Monitoring mobilization e-mail and help desk tickets for urgent requests
  • Executing flight planning and logistics during domestic and international operations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Availability to travel 1-3 weeks per year for team meetings and training
  • Eats, sleeps, breathes, and punches spreadsheets, databases, and logistics in the face
  • Surgeon’s attention to detail and strong written communication skills
  • Passion for people and the technologies that connects them
