Job Summary

A privately-held information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute MongoDB Senior Database Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Influencing and providing leadership beyond own projects or across multiple customers
  • Providing technical escalation expertise for database system problems
  • Providing design expertise for complex database solutions

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years overall IT experience
  • 3+ years on MongoDB
  • Experience with Enterprise and Community editions of MongoDB
  • Experience working with MongoDB Atlas (PaaS)
  • Experience in Installation, Configuration and Administration of MongoDB in Red Hat, Centos and/or Ubuntu
  • Experience with both shared clusters and replica sets
