Job Summary
A private mortgage lending service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Mortgage CD Drawer JV Support.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepares and explains closing requirements to closing agents and/or customers
- Prepares all closing documents required to close mortgage loans
- Establishes and maintains a thorough knowledge of all products
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Thorough knowledge of TRID requirements
- Thorough working knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures
- Two to four years related experience or equivalent
- Type at least 30 words per minute
