Job Summary
A provider of integrated technology, data and analytics solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Mortgage Client Service Representative I in Maitland.
Must be able to:
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external clients and various departments
- Provide support in research and resolution of problems and inquiries
- Maintain and foster the relationship between the clients and company
Qualifications for this position include:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Documents client information and recurring issues to support product quality programs
- Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Requires working knowledge of Black Knight products/services as well as general operations
- Ability to understand and apply concepts
- Ability to use operating systems, browsers, databases and other technologies
