Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Mortgage Closer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare closing packages for accuracy and detail [e.g., reviews and approves final Closing Disclosure (CD) documents
- Review final Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that title company provides to make sure all requirements are met
- Verify information from the Closing Document request form into mortgage system by verifying Doc Velocity into LendingQB matches
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent Experience
- Two + years previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
- Advanced customer service skills
- Previous experience within the mortgage industry closing loans and processing legal documents
- Ability to positively project the Company and department
