Job Summary
A lending company is filling a position for a Telecommute Mortgage Closer.
Must be able to:
- Prepare closing packages, confirm information is accurate, and review all related documents
- Monitor closing and funding pipeline daily to complete workflow on time
- Accurately input figures into CRM / DocMagic to process the closing package
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Recent mortgage closing and/or post-closing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organization skills
