Job Summary
A mortgage company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Mortgage Closer I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Verifying and ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Reviewing Processor input and confirming payees and zero tolerance fees with Settlement Agent
- Making appropriate adjustments and approve in system and notifying Processor
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Total recent work experience includes at least one year of experience in a support role related to mortgage banking
- Ability to build strong relationships with Loan Officers, production
- General knowledge of overall mortgage lending internal processes and control
- Thorough knowledge of Conventional loans
- General knowledge of valid documentation and processes required
