A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Mortgage Closer in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare closing packages
- Provide funding authorization
- Review signed closing packages
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years experience in loan processing, packaging, approvals AND
- Closing, accounting, selling and post-closing of mortgage loans
- Proficient knowledge of loan closing processes and lending compliance
- Proficient knowledge of loan systems and loan documentation
- Strong audit, loan principles and loan systems skills
- Strong computer skills
