Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mortgage Closer in San Diego.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Register loans on company's Origination System
• Maintain system accuracy
• Issue timely and compliant loan disclosures

Required Skills:

• Residential mortgage banking knowledge
• Knowledge of documentation required to prepare a complete file for submission to underwriting
• Basic knowledge of programs available and program guidelines for Conventional, FHA, VA and Niche products
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to read and interpret mortgage documents, real estate sales contracts
• Basic mathematical skills
