Job Summary
A mortgage servicing company is in need of a Telecommute Mortgage Closer in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Complete the preparation and disclosure of the Closing Disclosure in compliance with TRID, RESPA, QM and investor guidelines
- Review and manage CD, Docs and Funding pipeline to ensure turn times are being met
- Maintain a high level of customer service with quick response times and effective communication
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of previous funding experience
- Able to work overtime in order to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and in writing
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and a high degree of customer focus
- Self motivation, initiative and an ability to work effectively with little supervision
