Job Summary
A reverse mortgage lender is seeking a Telecommute Mortgage Closer IV.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review title report for liens and judgments to be paid at closing, HUD-1, payoffs, Insurance
- Run and review MERS, Case Query, Appraisal Logging (FHAC), NMLS, FEMA
- Verify and input loan information accurately in lending operation system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years drawing loan documents and 3 years funding experience required
- Familiar with reading and interpreting insurance policies, title reports, appraisals, payoffs
- Knowledge of RESPA disclosure requirements, FHA rules and regulations
- PC skills including word and excel, ability to learn additional programs when required
- Possess strong attention to detail, analytical and has exceptional organization skills
- High level of integrity and trust
