Job Summary
A mortgage company is in need of a Telecommute Mortgage Closing Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing files in multiple states (state-specific training will be provided)
- Updating parties to the transaction as milestones happen in the settlement process
- Monitoring files throughout the closing process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience communicating with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers
- Experience putting together purchase and sale closing disclosures
- In-depth understanding of the documents used in conjunction with settlements
- Tech-savvy
