Job Summary
A mortgage servicing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Mortgage Compliance Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the compliance program in the mortgage lending environment
- Monitor exception reporting solutions
- Perform on-going testing and monitoring of the loan origination system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Computer Sciences
- 5 years regulatory compliance or combination compliance and audit experience in mortgage origination industry
- State and federal data audit experience a plus
- Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills
- Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
