Telecommute Mortgage Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A financial institution is filling a position for a Telecommute Mortgage Compliance Officer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain a proficient level of knowledge of various federal banking laws and regulations on residential mortgage
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on mortgage related regulations
• Research compliance issues for mortgage management and provide guidance on applicable requirements

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in mortgage compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with diverse groups
• Strong organizational, analytical and research skills with attention to detail
• Strong project management skills and/or continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to conduct business in a professional manner
• Ability to adapt to change and communicate changing requirements to direct reports
