Job Summary
A credit reporting agency is seeking a Telecommute Mortgage Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Verifying and updating tradelines that may include calling and/or faxing creditor
- Meeting or exceeding daily production quotas
- Maintaining work quality and consistently receives satisfactory audits
Position Requirements Include:
- must become FCRA certified
- 1+ year Experience in the mortgage and/or credit reporting industries
- High School Graduate or GED
- Must be able to perform independently, be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as credit reports
