Job Summary
A national mortgage originator and servicer has an open position for a Telecommute Mortgage Final Document Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Following up on all final document requests, correction and requirements from Investor
- Following up with closing agents and title companies for these outstanding final documents
- Identifying documents and determining the correct location/person to receive the information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years mortgage experience
- Must be familiar with closing documents
- Interacts well with others and communicates thoughts and ideas effectively
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel)
