Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Mortgage Industry Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Help Loan Modification Customers with any questions they could have
- Obtain information from the borrower if requested by the Underwriter
- Make follow up and confirmation calls
