Job Summary

A real estate lending company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mortgage Industry Licensing Compliance Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with projects including the required effort to obtain approval for new state origination
  • Assist with the registration of qualified individuals with NMLS
  • Track application status through approval and renewal for Individual Licensees/Registrations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2 - 4-year degree from an accredited university
  • 2+ years' experience in compliance, legal, or third-party management
  • 2+ years' experience with NMLS
  • Mortgage industry and/or Financial Services experience
