Job Summary

A real estate lending company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mortgage Industry Licensing Compliance Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with projects including the required effort to obtain approval for new state origination
Assist with the registration of qualified individuals with NMLS
Track application status through approval and renewal for Individual Licensees/Registrations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

2 - 4-year degree from an accredited university
2+ years' experience in compliance, legal, or third-party management
2+ years' experience with NMLS
Mortgage industry and/or Financial Services experience
