Job Summary

A private mortgage lending service provider is seeking a Telecommute Mortgage Junior Vice President.

Must be able to:

• Manage and direct the joint venture to achieve sales and profit goals
• Provide daily executive oversight to ensure all lending metrics are achieved
• Maximize the productivity of the operations organization

Qualifications Include:

• 15-20 years’ experience in mortgage lending
• Extensive processing and underwriting oversight experience
• 10 years’ experience managing a large group of employees of 100+
• Working knowledge of retail lending workflows, including identification of exposure and risk factors
• Deep knowledge of Fannie/Freddie, FHA/VA, and jumbo investor programs and guidelines
