A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Mortgage Lending Processor II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Gathering, organizing, and tracking loan documentation
• Resolving customer service issues
• Executing closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process

Required Skills:

• Three years of current processing experience within the Mortgage Lending industry
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations and requirements with an emphasis on HUD and FHA
• Professional verbal and written communication skills plus proper telephone protocol
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
