Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Telecommute Mortgage Lending Processor in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing a strong understanding of Mortgage Lending products, policies, processes and required documentation
- Obtaining required credit and compliance documentation for assigned applications from internal clients, external clients, vendors, and third-party sources
- Submiting mortgage loans to Underwriting ensuring BB&T Mortgage and investor policies and procedures are met
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Four years of experience as a Mortgage Lending Processor II or equivalent
- Completion of required Mortgage Lending Processor training within set timeframe
- Ability to mentor others
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients
