Job Summary
A mortgage company has a current position open for a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Closer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing loan files to ensure adherence to corporate policies and state and federal regulations
- Generating final Closing Disclosures (CD's) and preparing loan documents for final signature
- Meeting service levels in a timely fashion
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 3 years mortgage loan closing experience
- Well-developed understanding of closing procedures
- Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to learn and begin a long term career with the right company
