Job Summary

A financial services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Closer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing loan documents for closing in a timely manner, verifying that all funding documents have been completed properly
• Coordinating delivery of closing documents to the settlement agent and coordinate receipt of Closing Disclosure
• Following up on outstanding conditions to facilitate timely loan funding, while clearing files for final funding

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of residential mortgage closing and funding
• Ability to maintain a knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements, and industry changes
• Demonstrated computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
