Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Closer in Happy Valley.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Preparing mortgage loan files according to bank, regulatory and investor guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with bank, regulatory and investor requirements
• Coordinating the closing and funding of assigned loan packages

Qualifications Include:

• High School or GED or Associates Degree (minimum)
• Professional phone/email communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful deadlines and workloads
• Ability to efficiently and accurately respond to post-closing requests
• Ability to ensure investor change requests are accurate and necessary
• Ability to communicate with customers, clients, staff, realtors, brokers, etc
