Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Closer in Jacksonville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
- Review executed closing documents for accuracy and prior to funding
- Sort post-closing documents by type and review to ensure proper executions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience preparing first lien closing docs for purchase and refinance transactions
- Must have thorough understanding of all regulatory requirements including TRID.
- High School Diploma or general education degree
- Minimum 2 years of recent mortgage banking experience
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Closer
