Job Summary

A financial company is filling a position for a Telecommute Loan Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing world-class customer service and respectful, consultative guidance to clients
• Scheduling and tracking closing dates, contingency dates and loan lock expirations
• Preparing and submitting timely and accurate loan files to the Closing Department

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of recent experience in an operational role in the residential mortgage industry
• Experience using Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter and Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector
• Strong listening, problem solving skills and out of box thinking
