Job Summary
A staffing firm is in need of a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Coordinator in Chandler.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing files for initial disclosure
- Reviewing, balancing and approving a final Closing Disclosure statement
- Identifying potential issues that may delay the loan
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be available to commute to the office for training and company meetings
- 1+ years of mortgage loan processing experience
- Must have mathematical skill
- Must have strong communication skills
- Knowledge and/or experience in the mortgage banking or mortgage servicing industry
