Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Direct Endorsement Underwriter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Underwriting FHA loans to verify for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Reviewing and evaluating borrower(s) profile
- Analyzing and calculating income documentation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of current FRONTLINE mortgage DE Underwriting
- ACTIVE CHUMS ID Direct Endorsement
- Experience with repurchase response/rebuttal review and response preparation
- Understanding of TRID, RESPA and Predatory Lending
- Excellent appraisal review and tax return analysis skills
