Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Communicating effectively and professionally with consumers
• Providing recommendations on appropriate loan products
• Reviewing active loan files daily and work with other teams and departments

Required Skills:

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and client-focused
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
