Job Summary

A financial services copany is in need of a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Processor 2.

Must be able to:

• Assure compliance with bank, regulatory and investor guidelines and customer service standards
• Prepare and process mortgage loan records, files and correspondence from application through approval
• Communicate with customers, internal staff, brokers, counsel, title companies, etc

Qualifications Include:

• Able to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain all necessary documentation
• Two to three years of experience in mortgage loan processing and closing activities
• High school diploma or equivalent
