Job Summary
A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Processor 3.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and processe mortgage loan records, files and correspondence from application through approval
- Assure compliance with bank, regulatory and investor guidelines and customer service standards
- Communicate with customers, internal staff, brokers, counsel, title companies, etc
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Three or more years of experience in mortgage loan processing and closing activities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to resolve problems and obtain all necessary documentation required for the file
