Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Processor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct assessments of loans, and accurately input all information into the Loan Origination System
- Act as the liaison and point of contact to guide borrowers through the closing process, and collect all required documentation for the closing of the loan
- Help eligible applicants obtain loans in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- EDUCATION - REQUIRED High School Diploma; EDUCATION - PREFERRED BA - Bachelor of Arts
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a loan processor
- Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems and in the mortgage industry
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
- Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
