Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Processor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Evaluating all real estate loan applications, title insurance reports, and necessary verification to process real estate loans
• Maintaining mortgage loan files, creating correspondence and documentation to support the Mortgage team and loan production
• Preparing and mailing member loan documents, disclosures, denials, and other correspondence when necessary

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing
• Experience evaluating appraisals, title documents, insurance reports, and verification of income records
• Familiarity with recent mortgage lending regulations like TRID
• Ability to evaluate all real estate loan applications, title insurance reports, and necessary verification to process real estate loans
• Ability to maintain mortgage loan files
• Strong communications skills, verbally and in writing
