A real estate lending and mortgage services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Processor in Brookfield.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Advancing residential mortgage loans from submission to closing
  • Ensuring adherence to industry and government standards
  • Taking on a lead role in verifications, communications, and the collection of documentation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA & USDA loan products
  • Solid understanding of a complete residential loan application and proper loan submission
  • Must be able to review AUS results, income documentation and financial statements
  • Must be able to review income & credit documentation
