Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Processor in San Diego.

Must be able to:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, loan agents, and other third parties
  • Prepare and submit detailed loan packages to the lender underwriting department
  • Support one or more Loan Officers by ensuring loan files are complete and loans close

Qualifications Include:

  • Residential mortgage loan processing experience
  • Experience with a pipeline of 15-25 loans/m
  • Different types of products, Residential, Conventional, FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills as this position requires communicating
  • Residential loan processing experience
