Job Summary

A staffing firm has an open position for a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Processor in Toledo.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Verifying, compiling, and typing application information for loans
  • Reviewing applications to ensure information is complete and meets standards
  • Recommending loan denial if standards are not met

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle loan processing
  • 1+ year of experience with Encompass software
  • Ability to enter data pertaining to status of the loan
  • Ability to type approval and denial letters
  • Ability to submit files for underwriting approval
  • Ability to verify (email or phone) bureau and employer information
